This is totally optional but it might be worth it. A few simple and cheap landscaping items can really spruce-up your lawn tremendously. You could plant some colorful flowers or put a few nice looking plants on the front porch. Adding some fresh mulch along the edges of the front porch or other surfaces can really make the property look welcoming.
